METHOD

The National Skills Academy for Health partners with healthcare employers across the country to improve access to high quality training and development for the healthcare workforce.

With the growing need for healthcare professionals, the NSA were looking to recruit more young people to join their apprenticeship programme.

INCEPTION

We produced a 90 second recruitment video different to the traditional type.

The video features a presenter speaking directly to the target audience, breaking the fourth wall, while interacting with healthcare professionals based in the location the video is set.

TRIGGER

The video was launched on the NSA's social media channels as well as their website as part of their overall campaign to grow the apprenticeship's number of subscriptions.

 

Following the launch of the video, a total of 159 people signed up and referred to the video as the reason for their decision.
