METHOD

As part of HM Government's Get In Go Far scheme, Lloyds Banking Group created an Apprenticeship and asked us to create a case study around one of their apprentice, Xavier Williams.

The goal of the video was to tell a positive story and deliver a strong message to people possibly considering taking the route of an apprenticeship rather than the traditional university route.

INCEPTION

We went around interviewing Xavier over a period of 2 days where we followed his home life, social life and progress in the apprenticeship scheme at Lloyds Bank.

TRIGGER

The video was released through Lloyds Banking Group's YouTube channel and promoted through it's social outlets.

 

To date, the case study has amassed nearly 10,000 views and has raised the profile of apprenticeships being an important alternative route to employment for young people.
