METHOD

Lloyds Bank plc is a British retail and commercial bank with branches across England and Wales. It has traditionally been considered one of the "Big Four" clearing banks.

Lloyd's Banking Group commissioned us to produce a short video with some of their team talking about their Cancer Support initiative.

INCEPTION

As the subject of the video is a sensitive one, we thought it was best to come directly from the team who are customer facing to tell their story.

This resulted in a short emotional 60 sec clip with 5 Lloyds Bank team members talking on camera, directly to customers who may be going through such a difficult time.

TRIGGER

The video was launched as part of Lloyd's Cancer Support campaign and sat alongside case studies from customers suffering from cancer.

Upon going live, the video trended on Twitter in Leeds and has gone on to be viewed by more than 2,000 people locally.
