METHOD

Deloitte wanted to celebrate its staff through a new scheme known as "Impact Awards". To get more people involved and encouraging them to participate, we were asked to create a short little video featuring some winners of the award.

INCEPTION

A circle being a key part of Deloitte's brand, we wanted to incorporate this throughout the video along with a narration recorded by recipients of The Impact Award.

TRIGGER

The video was released through Deloitte's internal network and received rave reviews. This translated into more people being nominated for the award and encouraged team members to make an "impact" in their work and with clients.
