METHOD

Coca-Cola European Partners is a multinational bottling company dedicated to the marketing, production, and distribution of Coca-Cola products.

 

CCEP faced a growing concern for the myths around age-diversity in their industry so asked us to produce a short internal video to "debug" those myths and create a dialogue between employees.

INCEPTION

We created a short mockumentary-style video centred around "animals" working at CCEP. The idea being that animals have no real concept of age.

Each character spoke directly into camera about their thoughts on age in the workplace, allowing the viewer to assume their age but to then reveal themselves as the complete opposite.

TRIGGER

The video was released internally through CCEP's network where it received a warm humorous reception.

 

Following its release, employees were surveyed in relation to age-diversity at CCEP and results demonstrated a direct correlation of the video improving awareness of the subject.
